Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking a tour with us.
Full Payment: 100% upfront payment is required to confirm your booking. All payments are non-refundable.
Payment Methods: We accept payments via Pay Genius.
Booking Confirmation: Your booking will be confirmed once full payment is received and a confirmation email/voucher has been issued.
Cancellations by the Customer:
All bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations, late arrivals, or no-shows.
Cancellations by Cape Town Tours:
Cape Town Tours Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel any tour or activity due to unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions, insufficient bookings, or events beyond our control.
In the unlikely event of a cancellation by us, guests will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule the tour/activity.
Itinerary Changes by the Company: We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to itineraries, schedules, or tour content due to operational requirements or unforeseen events. Any such changes will be communicated as early as possible, and we will aim to provide a similar experience of equal value.
Customer-Initiated Changes: Requests for changes by the customer will be considered at our discretion, subject to availability and any additional costs incurred.
Travel Insurance: It is strongly recommended that all guests obtain comprehensive travel insurance that includes coverage for cancellations, medical expenses, personal belongings, and emergency evacuations.
Assumption of Risk: Participation in tours or activities may involve certain inherent risks. By booking, you accept full responsibility for these risks.
Waiver of Liability: By participating in any tour or activity, you release Cape Town Tours Pty Ltd, its employees, contractors, and representatives from all liability for any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising out of your participation.
Limitation of Liability: Cape Town Tours Pty Ltd’s liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the tour or activity. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Fitness to Participate: It is your responsibility to ensure that you are physically and medically fit to undertake the tour or activity booked.
Medical Conditions: You must inform us of any relevant medical conditions at the time of booking or prior to the activity.
Compliance with Instructions: All participants are expected to follow the instructions of guides and staff to ensure their safety and the safety of others.
Promotional Use: Unless stated otherwise in writing, you grant Cape Town Tours Pty Ltd permission to use photographs or videos taken during the tour/activity for promotional and marketing purposes.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes will first be addressed through amicable mediation. If unresolved, they will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
